Shipping policy

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver worldwide, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery is carried out by selected logistics partners such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or others depending on the destination country.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the shipping destination and selected delivery method.
Free shipping promotions are announced separately and apply as stated.

3. Delivery Times

The delivery time for available items is approximately 3–7 working days within the EU and approximately 7–14 working days for international shipments.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Please note that delays due to customs processing or unforeseen logistical problems are beyond our control.

4. Pre-Order Items

For items marked as "Pre-Order," the estimated shipping time will be stated on the product page or during checkout.
However, pre-order delivery dates are approximate and non-binding.

Production or delivery delays may occur due to supply chain issues, production processes, or unforeseen circumstances.
By ordering a Pre-Order item, you agree that delivery may be delayed and that no claims for damages or cancellation rights arise from such delays, as long as the delay is reasonable.

We will inform you immediately if significant changes to the estimated delivery date occur.
In the event of very extensive delays (longer than 3 months), you have the right to cancel your pre-order against a full refund or, at your choice, to continue to wait for the delivery.

5. Partial Deliveries

We are entitled to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable for you.
Additional shipping costs will not be charged in the case of partial deliveries.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.
These are borne by the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

7. Delivery Address

Please make sure the delivery address you provide is complete and correct.
We are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
