You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

Important note regarding Pre-Order items:
For products that are manufactured specifically for you as part of a pre-order, there is no right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.
Pre-order items are excluded from exchange and return.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Youlance, Email: Hannahwetzel@youlance.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we offer you the following options:

  • Exchange for another available item from our collection, or

  • Issuance of a store credit in the amount of the original purchase price.

Refunds in the form of monetary payments are excluded, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.

We may withhold the exchange or store credit until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Return Conditions

  • The goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Store credits issued from returns are valid indefinitely and can be redeemed on our full product range.
